Our international department is responsible for selling all Daktronics product outside the borders of the United States. We have installed products in more than 120 countries. Some of our installations in Europe are Piccadilly Circus in London, UK; the digital landmark display at Frankfurt airport, Germany; the Ströer roadside screens in Germany; and the Santiago Bernabéu stadium (Real Madrid) in Madrid, Spain.
This position is a sales position focused on the LSV (Large Sports venues) market. You will work on opportunities for the Tier 1&2 level indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Marketing, or a technical field.
- Excellent communication skills required, including presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for purposes such as conventions, factory tours and sales pursuits.
- Previous experience in sales and customer account management is essential. Experience in the audio/visual industry preferred.
- Previous experience within the major sport business preferred.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule to align with time zones. May work with internal teams from the USA, Ireland, Shanghai and Shanghai.
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend work, especially for account management related to hospitality events. Willingness to manage accounts during non-traditional working hours.
- Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Citizenship and immigration:
- Must be legally able to live in Germany and work in Germany, Switzerland and Austria at time of hire.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate visas to travel to various international locations.
- We do not sponsor, extend, or renew immigration visas for this position.
