About Us We are a leading cutlery manufacturer supplying high-quality stainless-steel cutlery to B2B customers nationwide. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Karachi and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Develop new B2B customers for cutlery products in assigned territory. Visit wholesalers, retailers and hospitality industry clients to promote products. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery and after-sales service. Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Must be Lahore-based with good market knowledge of wholesalers and retailers. Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (BBA / Marketing) Motorcycle and valid driving license required. Salary & Benefits: Salary + Commission Travel Allowance: Reimbursed at actual against bills
