Commission-Based Sales Representative to drive new business development within the Winnipeg market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hunter-mentality individual who wants uncapped earning potential. You’ll be the face of Digital Fort, building relationships and showcasing how our digital solutions can genuinely elevate local SMBs.

Responsibilities
  • Local Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new small and medium-sized business clients within the Winnipeg metropolitan area.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Digital Fort’s websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing tools can provide effective solutions.
  • Presentation & Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals (in-person and virtually) that articulate the value proposition and ROI of our digital services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted digital advisor.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and initial contact through to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and the specific needs of Winnipeg SMBs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
