Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and convert warm leads into long-term, loyal clients
  • Tailor insurance solutions across multiple carriers for auto, home, umbrella, and more
  • Cross-sell and uncover additional lines of business to meet evolving client needs
  • Guide clients through claims and policy questions, supported by our expert back office
  • Network with mortgage and real estate professionals and other referral sources to grow your pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and follow up consistently
  • Represent the Direct Insurance Services brand with professionalism and purpose
