Placement Type: Temporary/Seasonal
Location(s): Sherwood Park & Beaumont
Type: Full-time
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday / 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Compensation: Hourly + Uncapped Commission

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a fast-growing telecom services company, is seeking 10 Door-To-Door Sales Representatives to join their team. This is a seasonal position, with the opportunity to earn a very significant income in a short period of time. The Door-To-Door Sales Representatives are responsible for marketing our client’s products using direct-sales strategies across two communities (Sherwood Park & Beaumont).

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residential and commercial customers through door-to-door canvassing.
  • Promote and sell internet, TV, and telecom service packages.
  • Educate customers on product features, promotions, and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Accurately complete and submit customer orders.
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and positive manner.
  • Track activity and results, reporting regularly to the Sales Supervisor.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Previous sales, customer service, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods.
  • Available to work Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

LIKE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with door-to-door or telecom sales.
  • Background in retail, promotions, or canvassing.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
