YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in regional markets. You will be able to build lasting relationships and have the technical knowledge to offer tailored solutions to customers in rural areas.

• Proven sales experience, ideally in rural markets, with a focus on sheds and weather-resistant solutions (beneficial but not a requirement)
• Strong understanding of rural customer needs and purchasing behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-reliant with the ability to work independently in remote locations.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight when required.

• Identifying and building long-term relationships with rural customers, including farmers, small businesses, and shed dealers.
• Promoting Gliderol’s Storm Safe product and solutions for sheds, workshops, and agricultural buildings.
• Supporting dealers with sales training, joint marketing, and strategic support.
• Driving sales growth by targeting untapped areas and emerging regional opportunities.
• Monitoring market trends and providing insights to management for optimized strategies.
• Contributing to quarterly planning and collaborating with internal teams
