We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, find the right products and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior retail or sales experience (paint or home improvement a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 65+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn about paint products and color matching

• Greet and assist customers with product selection
• Provide expert knowledge on paint types, finishes, and application techniques
• Mix paint to customer specifications using store equipment
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
