Durabond Building Maintenance, a trusted name in the Southern Ontario area since 1986, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Burlington, ON. As a leader in industrial and commercial cleaning and maintenance solutions, we take pride in exceeding our clients’ expectations.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth by:

  • Reaching out to potential customers through email and outbound calling (Cold Calling) in a B2B context.
  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance to customers.
  • Displaying a professional manner while representing the company.
  • Participating in facility walk-throughs with potential customers to gather key information all while learning about their organization.
  • Directly communicating and meeting with potential customers to schedule sales and marketing presentations while tapping into your creativity in face-to-face client meetings.
  • Creating and presenting quotes with the assistance of the General Manager to potential customers for approval.
  • Working in conjunction with Operations Managers regarding the successful set up of new customers.
  • Drive growth by selling services to customers in all industries.
  • Develop relationships and establish key networks to leverage growth through phone, visits, and online networking opportunities.
  • Documenting and track key potential clients contacted while developing a communication cycle to promote constant contact and promotion of services.
  • Participating in relevant trade shows to showcase and advertise the company to potential customers.
  • Daily use of CRM system-HubSpot updating and adding detailed customer information.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details, understands margins, pricing, costing.
  • Ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
  • 2 Years B2B Sales Experience
  • Customer Satisfaction and Service Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Related Field (an asset)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or Similar CRM Platform (an asset)
  • Ability to travel locally through Southern Ontario– must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license/vehicle insurance.
