About Us
At EarthRising, we are a small but fast-growing regenerative farm based in the Blue Mountains. We grow premium gourmet mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, Oysters, Chestnut, etc.) and craft functional mushroom tinctures that support brain health and wellbeing.
Our mission is simple: nourish people and planet. We work with leading chefs, restaurants, and local health stores who value quality, sustainability, and ethics.
We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to help us expand into new restaurants, wholesalers, and wellness stockists.
The Role

You will be the face of EarthRising, helping us grow our presence in Sydney and beyond.

• Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, wholesalers, and boutique health shops
• Introduce chefs to our fresh gourmet mushrooms (sold weekly, premium quality)
• Pitch our Lion’s Mane tinctures and wellness range to health retailers
• Work independently, with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Collaborate closely with the farm team (we’ll support you with samples, marketing, and training)

What We’re Looking For

• A natural connector with great communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or wellness products (preferred, not essential)
• Someone who values ethics, sustainability, and local produce
• Self-motivated and results-driven — you love seeing growth happen
• Sydney-based or willing to travel between the Blue Mountains & Sydney occasionally

Compensation

• Commission on all accounts (15–20%)
• Small base/retainer for consistency $500 + Commissions
• Expected earnings: $1,000–$2,000+ per month once accounts are established (with strong growth potential as we scale)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $1,500.00 – $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
