We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent sales skills to effectively promote and sell our water softeners and filtration systems. Your missions: Provide excellent service in terms of technical support, training to CATs and salespeople of our customers (Wholesalers in the plumbing and heating market) and dealers in addition to the implementation of all sell out and sales activities. You will oversee the following activities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory in Italy. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and customer visits/prospection. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our range of water softeners and drinking water filtration systems. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of EcoWater Systems' products + Organize open-day demonstrations and technical trainings directly in stores or in other dedicated locations. Develop and implement long term plans with the assigned customers addressing topics such as growth and quality value. Constantly meet with assigned customers and be the direct reference of EWS in terms of image, technical sales support and customer needs. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management. Report any new potential business streams such as customers, products or service. Your profile: To succeed in this role, you must have a strong energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve the set goals. You must also have the below: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC- related industry. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with a focus “Sell Out” Strong Energetic personality, self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and proactivity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using IT tools (excel, word, power point) Good command of English (participation in European meetings and video calls is required) Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
