POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Representative – Employer Outreach will be responsible for driving new business growth by securing contracts with healthcare employers across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales (including Medical Representative experience) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with decision-makers in a professional setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
