JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REPRESENTATIVEPOSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a DENTAL Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license (for field sales positions).

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
