Because of continued expansion, we are currently seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team in customer support and sales-focused roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and working in an environment that rewards performance and personal growth. About the Organization For decades, our company has partnered with thousands of labor unions, associations, and membership organizations throughout North America. These groups represent millions of members who request information about supplemental benefits designed to help protect their families. Many traditional workplace benefits can be reduced or lost after retirement or when changing employers. Through trusted partnerships and consistent service, we have built a reputation as a reliable provider within the benefits industry. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound communication with members requesting information about available benefits. Schedule and conduct consultations to review coverage options. Present benefit programs clearly so members can make informed decisions. Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork. Use basic computer systems and digital tools for scheduling and record keeping. Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain service quality and performance standards. What We Offer Weekly earnings with performance-based bonuses (average first-year income around $55K). Opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement. Flexible scheduling options. Remote work opportunities available. Residual income opportunities based on performance. Comprehensive health benefits. Hands-on mentorship and one-on-one training. Incentive travel opportunities and company-sponsored trips. Supportive team culture focused on growth and success. Minimum Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
