Responsibilities: Take a 2 day class and study to get licensed in Life Insurance which we pay for Attend weekly conference calls and weekly trainings Assist with the expansion of the team Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business Finding clients to have under you while also trying to build your team Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business Qualifications: No degree or prior experienced needed. Must be 18+ Energetic and enthusiastic Hard working Must pass background check Strong leadership and decision making skills Ability to develop, manage and drive growth Benefits: Work schedules are based upon personal availability with the convenience to work from home.
