JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with event organizers and industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the events industry. This role involves prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals that align with Intellitix’s mission to transform live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and proposals that showcase the value of Intellitix’s event technology solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity data to track progress toward sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and product teams to align on client needs and feedback.
  • Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations to close contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to position Intellitix effectively.
  • Travel: You will travel between 4 - 7 trips per year within North America to attend trade shows and build client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the events or technology sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of event technology and trends is a plus.
