SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CORK

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our client’s retail team in Cork. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent wholesale accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with wholesale customers
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the existing customer base
• Manage all aspects of account activity including order processing, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution
• Meet and exceed sales revenue, margin targets, and KPIs
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
