ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Brand Representation: Act as a Field Day ambassador. Professional, personable, and passionate.
  • Product Knowledge & Advocacy: Understand and communicate our beer styles, brewing process, and brand story.
  • Promoting Brand Loyalty: Foster strong relationships with accounts through education and service.
  • Maintaining Consistent Brand Presence: Keep our displays sharp, our presence felt, and our values visible.Feedback & Reporting: Provide timely updates to the sales team on account visits, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must reside in or near North Liberty, IA, or be willing to relocate
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • This role requires frequent travel to accounts, events, and meetings throughout Eastern Iowa
  • Mileage and/or gas will be reimbursed
  • Must be able to pass the Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
  • Regularly visit on- and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, retailers, grocery, c-stores, and more) across Eastern Iowa to ensure optimal product placement, staff knowledge, and merchandising.
  • Actively sell new and existing products to current accounts and seek out new opportunities to expand our market footprint.
  • Support brand loyalty by providing account staff with product education and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with our distributors to ensure high performance and smooth product launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to plan and execute tastings, promotions, and brand events.
  • Coordinate with marketing on product/event promotion and in-store activations.
  • Maintain clear and timely feedback on market conditions, competitive activity, and account needs.
  • Ensure Field Day Brewery’s brand is represented consistently and professionally across all accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
