The Role We are looking for a Sales Representative / Field Sales Executive based in Neuquén, covering the city, surrounding areas, and the southern and western cordillera. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct scheduled client visits across the assigned territory • Manage sales, collections, and ensure achievement of sales targets • Keep clients informed about promotions, campaigns, and commercial policies • Process and follow up on customer orders • Handle collections and ensure proper reporting in the system • Identify new prospects and expand the client portfolio • Supervise product display and branding at points of sale (POS) • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product launches What We’re Looking For: • Based in Neuquén city or nearby areas • High school diploma required • At least 2 years of experience in sales and collections within FMCG • Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently • Availability to travel and stay overnight (up to two non-consecutive weeks per month) • Proactive approach to business development • Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools) • Own vehicle in good condition Position Details: 📍 Location: Neuquén, Argentina 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM ✔️ Direct and permanent contract with the company 💰 Compensation + monthly expenses (with periodic review) Join a company with a strong track record and a team driven by values and growth.
