OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to sell our staffing services to corporate clients in Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara regions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce and a background in technology sales are highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B commercial sales.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Candidate should be authorized to work full time for any employer in Canada.
