QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year in customer service or hospitality (sales experience a bonus, not required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is mainly remote, with some in-person networking to build lasting connections. You’ll be supported with a lead generation system, proven sales scripts, and structured pricing. Your focus will be on making outbound calls, nurturing relationships, meeting clients (coffee, lunch, site visits), and closing deals.
If you enjoy high-volume outreach, have strong people skills, and are eager to connect with property managers, realtors, and business owners, this could be a great fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls/emails and track progress against internal KPIs
  • Respond quickly to all incoming quote requests (calls, emails, web leads)
  • Accurately enter and manage client details in CRM
  • Attend in-person networking meetings and site visits
  • Follow up on open opportunities to maintain a strong close rate
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Occasionally support field marketing efforts (flyers, outreach at storage facilities, etc.)
