JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote our brands of truck spare parts within the UAE market. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for approaching truck fleets, presenting our products, and pitching our rewarding programs and rewards app to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have strong customer service skills, and be able to build relationships in a competitive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive, truck, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, specifically in the fleet and transport sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel throughout UAE.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Actively prospect and approach truck fleets, transport companies, and other potential clients to introduce our products.
  • Present our product range, focusing on the unique selling points and benefits of KG through our mobile app and rewards program
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their fleet performance and maintenance.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close deals and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to fleet operators and decision-makers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
