KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Preferred – 3-5 years of experience in allied trading, Selling, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with a high-energy level, persistence, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with creative thinking.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently.
  • Full cycle accountability for sales and claims.
  • Experience in making strategic profit-based decisions by evaluating various factors.

Responsibilities
