Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales. This role involves assisting walk-in customers at the shop, as well as occasionally visiting corporate clients to introduce and promote our services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting flowers and floral arrangements that meet their needs.
• Provide product information, including flower care tips, seasonal availability, and customization options.
• Handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
• Manage the sales process, including preparing invoices and processing payments.
• Identify potential corporate clients and schedule meetings to present our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other key stakeholders.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
• Stay updated on floral trends and offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in the floral industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to visit corporate clients as needed.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a bonus (training can be provided).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
