Responsibilities

ROLE:

You are responsible to generate leads & follow up on sales leads to set up appointments and help keep prospects moving forward through the sales process. You will work primarily through phone calls and in person networking, but also through email and SMS. You will be responsible for doing sales appointments, communicating with our leadership team and starting long-term relationships with our clients. You will find and connect with leads, and show up to scheduled appointments via zoom and follow up to nurture prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Network & Community Engagement – Research and attend networking events and industry gatherings to connect with our target audience, building relations and identify potential clients. Represent the company professionally and communicate our value proposition effectively
  • Sales Meeting & Reporting – Participate in daily sales meetings to align with the team on goals and strategies. Submit detailed end of day sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Follow up & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Consistently manage and prioritize follow-up tasks within the CRM to ensure prospects are nurtured and no opportunities are missed. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Sales Process Execution - Navigate prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Demonstrate expertise in identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and securing agreements.
  • Independent Work & Pressure Management - Operate independently and efficiently, especially in high-pressure situations. Stay motivated and proactive in meeting deadlines and achieving objectives without direct supervision.
  • Client Relationship Building - Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering valuable solutions, and maintaining open communication to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify, research, and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Reach out to potential clients to determine interest and schedule appointments.
  • Pipeline Management - Follow up with no-shows to reschedule missed meetings and ensure all prospects are progressing through the sales pipeline. Regularly engage with existing leads to maintain interest and drive conversions.
  • Cold Calling & Appointment Setting - Conduct cold calls to introduce the company to potential clients, identify needs, and book appointments for further discussions. Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability to engage diverse prospects effectively.
  • Target Achievement - Consistently meet or exceed company sales targets by maintaining a steady pipeline of prospects and converting them into satisfied clients.
  • Data Accuracy & Organization - Ensure all lead information and sales activities are accurately entered into the CRM. Keep the system well-organized to support seamless tracking and reporting of sales performance.
