Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves promoting our high-quality furniture products, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including direct visits, calls, and emails.
  • Showcase and promote furniture products to clients, emphasizing quality, features, and value.
  • Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s product range, including materials, designs, and customization options.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with furniture materials, design trends, and customer preferences is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for managing orders, using CRM tools, and reporting.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred (for client visits).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly or customization is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in local languages or multiple languages is a plus.
