KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

o Proven experience in a sales or field-based role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a similar industry
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
o Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills
o A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
o Confident with Excel/ spreadsheets
o Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. Based in County Wexford, and covering area from Wicklow to Wexford, this role offers the opportunity to represent a market-leading brand, grow sales, and build strong relationships with key retail partners. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities to expand Garlanna’s presence within their assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Garlanna’s customer base
o Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
o Merchandise Garlanna ranges in retail partner locations, placing timely orders to ensure strong product availability and conducting stock counts as required
o Present Garlanna’s product range to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional opportunities
o Tailor the offer to suit maximize sales based on customer needs in each location
o Support Retail Managers in the locations they service – trouble shooting issues and maintaining a “customer first” attitude
o Manage weekly route plan to ensure customer locations replenished, tidy and fully supported
o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities
o Represent the Garlanna brand at trade shows, events, and meetings, as required
o Provide regular sales reports and updates to the National Sales Manager
