    1. Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
    • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and sales strategies
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
    • Requirements and Skills
    • Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
    • Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventors.
    • Promote the company’s service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty
    • Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed
    • Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
    • Contribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports
    • Cold call prospective buyers to generate new business when necessary
    • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance

      • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
      • Minimum experience - 2 years in automobile industry
