Key Responsibilities Promote and sell assigned medical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Conduct regular client visits to demonstrate product features, provide samples, and deliver product presentations. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies and product positioning. Attend medical conferences, trainings, and product workshops as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting reports. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage. Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
