Salary: $3,000/month + Commission (Top reps earn $150k+/year)

We supply high-quality excavators, skid steers, attachments, and more to contractors, municipalities, and rental companies. With strong brand backing, quality products, and a growing demand, we’re expanding our sales team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our Mississauga office. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic sales experience—or someone eager to learn and grow in a high-demand industry. Full training is provided, and there is no cold calling requirement. Leads are provided, and you’ll also be trained on how to generate your own.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn about heavy equipment and our product line
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role with occasional travel
Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming sales leads (phone, email, walk-ins)
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their equipment needs
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote RIPPA Machinery products
  • Follow up on inquiries and prepare quotes
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Participate in work trips, trade shows, and product training events
