Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, self-driven sales rep who loves all things sweet and wants to help bring our handmade gourmet marshmallows to more retailers across Australia.
You’ll be responsible for getting our products ranged in independent grocers, candy stores, gift shops, delis, hamper companies, and more. Think premium – but playful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pitch our products to retailers across Australia: grocers, candy stores, gift shops, delis, hamper businesses
  • Open new retail accounts and manage the full sales cycle from intro to reorder
  • Nurture strong relationships with buyers and store managers — you’ll be the face of The Marshmallow Co. on the ground
  • Coordinate samples, follow-ups, and order management to keep stockists happy and shelves full
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and in-store opportunities to maximise visibility and sell-through
  • Track performance and opportunities through weekly updates so we can celebrate wins and double down on what’s working
