Responsibilities Job Overview: Maintain, develop and grow the Grains and Bakeries customer base across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan and drive the business strategy plan. Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan Achievement of 100% customer call rate Achieve 90% strike rate – potential customer business Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan Manage debtors and stock Pull, analyze reports to drive continuous improvement on route Advise production units on demand changes and buffer stock levels Support company cost control through efficient driving of own vehicle Comply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, e.g. Sales, Health and Safety etc. Housekeeping and maintenance of company assets e.g. Handheld Computers, Uniform, Mobile phone, etc. Qualifications Minimum Matric education Fluent in the English language 2/3 years Business or Commercial Tertiary qualification an advantage 5 years working experience in an FMCG environment, with 3 years in a selling role/selling experience Previous sales experience within bakery environment a definite advantage Valid Code B driver’s license & OWN CAR “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
