We are seeking a professional and experienced Sales Representative to strengthen and expand our presence in the Nova Scotia market and beyond. This part-time, leading to full-time position offers flexible hours and a high level of independence, but you will work closely with ownership and management in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Conduct tastings and lead educational sessions for licensee teams and provincial liquor store staff to strengthen brand knowledge and engagement.

Represent the winery at industry events and public tastings, acting as a confident and knowledgeable brand ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • NSLC Relations:

Maintain, develop, and maximize relationships with the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and agency stores. Oversee shelf presence, promotions, and performance analysis. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and tracking.

  • Licensee Sales & Account Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurants, bars, and retail partners across the province. Provide professional follow-up and account support.

  • On-the-Road Sales:

Travel regularly throughout Nova Scotia and into interprovincial markets to introduce and represent Grand Pré wines, expanding our reach and customer base.

  • Staff Training & Wine Education:

Conduct tastings and lead educational sessions for licensee teams and provincial liquor store staff to strengthen brand knowledge and engagement.

  • Consumer & Trade Shows:

Represent the winery at industry events and public tastings, acting as a confident and knowledgeable brand ambassador.

  • Export & Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities outside Nova Scotia, helping to develop export initiatives and improve overall sales effectiveness.

  • Trade Marketing & Brand Representation:

Organize and participate in trade marketing events to promote the winery and its products while maintaining a strong brand presence.

  • Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities
