Cliffs Edge Retreat is Newfoundland and Labrador’s premier year-round destination for wellness, special occasions, and experiential travel. Perched on the East Coast Trail and overlooking the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve, we offer cliffside Nordic spa cottages, unforgettable dining at The Forager restaurant, and a guest experience unlike anywhere else in the world.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to focus on group bookings for both accommodations and dining. This includes corporate retreats, private celebrations, wellness groups, special events, and restaurant group bookings. This is an opportunity to represent a premium product and help drive the next stage of our growth as we expand into the fall and winter tourism season.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in hospitality, tourism, events, or F&B group bookings.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Drive group sales for accommodations and restaurant bookings, including retreats, corporate groups, weddings, and special occasions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new group opportunities across local, regional, and national markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, travel planners, and event organizers.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote Cliffs Edge Retreat and The Forager as premier group destinations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
