JOB SUMMARY

GroupFit Technologies Inc. is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and drive customer sign-ups on the Group Fit platform. This is a fully commission-based role offering the flexibility to work on your schedule. You will earn a 30% commission on the gross sales amount for every customer who signs up and books their first session through the platform. If you have a passion for health and fitness and excel in customer interaction, we’d love to have you on board!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the health and fitness industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to explain and troubleshoot app functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Access to a smartphone or device capable of demonstrating the app to potential customers.
Responsibilities
  • Understand the functionality and features of the Group Fit app for customers to confidently explain its benefits.
  • Assist potential customers with downloading the app, creating profiles, and booking their first session if needed.
  • Actively seek new customer sign-ups through networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Group Fit’s personalized training sessions and flexible fitness options.
  • Provide outstanding customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for users.
  • Maintain accurate records of your sales activities and progress.
