The Sales Representative’s mission will be to achieve and/or exceed planned territory/provincial objectives by budget and volume and maximize brand distribution through personal contact at licensee and retail level. Territory is for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) - North West This is a fixed-term contract role until approx. March 2027Role Responsibilities Responsible for calling on Government, Retail and On-Trade to achieve incremental orders and promote Suntory Global Spirits brands.Consistent and constant pre-planning and review of territory coverageAggressive and dynamic shelf and facing management, menu and back bar placement maximizing distribution objectivesMaximize display and merchandising opportunitiesMaximize on-premise and consumer penetration of brandsKnow features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brandsDevelop and maintain overall beverage alcohol knowledgeRecognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the companyCompetently conduct on-premise training programsPreparation and timely submission of required reportsManage budgets to maximize effectivenessEnsure all SAP account information is up to dateSome evening and weekend hours are neededQualifications Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce preferredLocation: GTA NWProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookMust have access to a reliable car, valid driver’s license, min. $3M in insurance coverage and acceptable driving recordMust be physically able to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basisMinimum of 2 years previously related sales experience – CPG preferred  Core Competencies: Business and Financial acumen: the ability to identify and address the potential risks and opportunities for the companyDeliver results that can reach goals and meet deadlinesInterpersonal Skills: Able to create and maintain productive relationships within the company and externallyLeadership: able to inspire and motivate others to perform wellChange Management: able to successfully adapt to changesStrategic Thinking: able to step back in order to solve problems and become orientedOrganizational skills: able to manage priorities, to be organized and work well in a challenging environment where the pace is fast.Communication skills: has excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts   CAD: Salary Range for Ontario is $60-65k, along with a RRSP match after 3 months, and medical/dental and wellness benefits starting on day one. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
