The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a true “hunter” to build their own territory and make a significant impact on our growth. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect & Generate Leads: Actively identify and target new potential clients within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food industries through research, cold calling, networking, and social selling (especially LinkedIn).
· Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
· Build a Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Build Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and presenting our packaging solutions as the answer to their challenges.
· Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our production and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our new clients.
What We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves):
· A spontaneous and proactive “hunter” mentality – you thrive on the challenge of finding new business and don’t wait for leads to come to you.
· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industrial field. (Experience in our target industries is a huge plus!).
· A demonstrated ability to generate a high volume of qualified leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
· Strong drive and ambition to exceed targets and grow with the company.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
