Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Richmond, BC

HD Plastic Product (Canada). Inc is a fast-growing food packaging company serving restaurants, food distributors, bakeries, and retailers across Canada and North America. We have built a strong presence in the market and an established network within the local Chinese community.
Now, we are expanding further into the local mainstream foodservice and hospitality market and seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong industry connections and excellent business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand our client base within the local mainstream foodservice and hospitality market, focusing on restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, grocery chains, bakeries, and cafés.
Leverage personal industry connections and networks to identify, approach, and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
Understand customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions that meet their business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Language Skills:
Fluent English is required to communicate effectively with clients.
Other languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Spanish, etc.) are a plus but not required.
Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice, packaging, distribution, or hospitality.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Connections:
A strong existing network within the local foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant industry is highly preferred
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit clients when needed.
