Adecco is actively seeking a Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment for a full-time role in Saint John, Fredericton, or Moncton, NB. This position offers a $48,000 base salary, a $36,000 guaranteed first-year bonus, and high earning potential through commissions. You’ll manage sales and after-sales service within your territory, build strong customer relationships, and represent a trusted brand in the heavy equipment industry.

  • Pay Rate: $75k/year.
  • Location: Saint John, Fredericton, or Moncton, NB
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting customers with detailed product pricing, terms, conditions, warranties, delivery dates, and available financing programs
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide after-sales service
  • Preparing and submitting daily or weekly activity reports to your supervisor
  • Continuously learning about the company’s full product line and staying informed of market trends and product updates
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new products and competitive developments in your territory
  • Travelling as needed within New Brunswick to meet with clients (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements:

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or forestry industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge of ground engaging tools (GET) and related wear parts
  • Mechanically inclined (considered an asset)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using portable computers, web-based tools, and databases
  • Bilingual in English and French (asset)
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
  • Owns a reliable vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to travel within the province (mileage reimbursed)
  • Company laptop and phone provided
