We’re growing fast and are looking for a driven Lead Generator to help us connect with more homeowners and businesses in our service areas.
Role Overview
As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers for our lighting systems. You will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a vital role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, local directories, and social media
  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage with potential clients to introduce our services
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, and project timelines
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach efforts in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with phone outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is an asset
  • Passion for home improvement, lighting, or design is a plus
