Sales Representative Hessen & NRW Packs Are you ready to shape the future of three iconic lifestyle brands? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our Packs team, representing Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling across key markets. This role is based in Munich, Germany. Let’s talk about the role! As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling in one of our most important markets. You will be responsible for managing part of the German portfolio for these iconic brands, reporting directly to the Sr. Sales Manager GAS. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the market—ensuring that opportunities across sales, marketing, product, and operations are identified, quantified, and acted upon. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed both seasonal and annual targets, aligning with the broader EMEA and country strategy. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this in the following pillars by: Strategy Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships. Own and lead the strategic account plan, ensuring full execution and alignment with the EMEA Go-To-Market strategy. Conduct in-depth market analysis to define pricing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Elevate brand presence in-store to enhance consumer awareness and engagement. Revenue Drive business growth and profitability in line with brand guidelines and key performance metrics. Develop and implement account-specific marketing plans. Plan, manage, and execute activities to achieve sales targets and desired profit margins. Process & Distribution Lead the seasonal Go-To-Market process. Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounts. Guide assortment planning within defined distribution policies to ensure market differentiation and long-term sustainable growth. Skills for Success We’re looking for someone who brings: Solid knowledge with at least 2-3 years of experience in the backpack/ apparel industry and its sales landscape in Germany. Strong influencing skills within a complex matrix organization. Strategic thinking with attention to detail. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Customer-centric mindset. Strong planning and prioritization abilities. A collaborative, hands-on approach. Determination and drive to succeed. Fluency in German and English.
