Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

  • Leads for days. Expect 100-150 qualified survey enquiries per day - no cold hunting required.
  • Simple value story. Surveys save buyers thousands; when you explain that clearly, closing is easy.
  • Speed + tech. Quote, schedule and take payment in minutes with our end-to-end booking platform.
  • Earnings that scale. Competitive base plus uncapped commission; smash targets and help hire the next rep.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Discovery calls – uncover property type, budget and risk appetite; match the right survey product.
  • Quotation & follow-up – issue same-day quotes, chase decisively and turn “thinking about it” into “booked”.
  • Pipeline liaison – coordinate with our national panel of RICS surveyors to lock in dates and manage reschedules.
  • Upsell & cross-sell – spot opportunities for add-ons (valuation, damp testing, snagging) that protect the client and boost revenue.
  • Customer delight – stay in touch post-survey, explain findings in plain English and harvest referrals to other areas of the business.
