POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative to lead our commercial development in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector across the UAE. This role is ideal for a young professional with strong sales experience in the foodservice industry and a passion for high-quality, locally produced ingredients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the HoReCa or premium food & beverage sector in the UAE.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE’s high-end foodservice landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and food innovation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a portfolio of HoReCa clients, including fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and premium catering companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement officers.
  • Promote our range of vertically farmed products, emphasizing freshness, sustainability, and local sourcing.
  • Conduct tastings, presentations, and on-site visits to showcase product value.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Collaborate with the farm operations team to align supply with customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
