Sales Representative – U.S. Inbound Sales The Opportunity We're a fast-growing U.S.-based company looking for a driven, English-fluent sales rep to join our in-person team in San Pedro. You'll work warm, inbound leads — no cold calling — and convert U.S. prospects into clients over the phone. Our top reps double or triple their base through commissions, and the ceiling is genuinely uncapped. WHAT YOU’LL DO •Handle inbound leads via phone and email — qualify, pitch, and close. •Build positive relationships with U.S.-based prospects and clients. •Hit daily call volume targets and monthly revenue goals. •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs. •Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and scripts. What We're Looking For •3+ years in sales or phone-based customer service •Highly fluent in English — written and spoken (this role is 100% in English) •Motivated by commission and personal performance •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience •Located in the Monterrey / San Pedro area NICE TO HAVE •Experience selling to U.S. clients or working in a bilingual environment. •Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). •Background in SaaS, services, or subscription-based products.
