SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HVAC CONTROL INDUSTRY – MULGRAVE VIC

The focus of the core business is on damper actuators, control valves, sensors and meters.

Their products and solutions continue to set new market standards in innovation, efficiency, and energy optimisation. To ensure an expanding client base and continued growth in the market, our client is now seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Representative to join the dynamic sales team.

  • Location: Mulgrave, VIC
  • Tenure: Full time and ongoing
  • Salary: A great salary is offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.
Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the HVAC industry to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales target according to company’s strategy and policy.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales presentations to clients, provide product recommendations or solution packages. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of the product range to provide accurate advice and build trust with customers.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide basic product training and support to clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and report on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events, site visits, and project meetings.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
