What You’ll Do: We are seeking a sales-driven professional with strong technical understanding to manage and grow customer accounts, drive new business opportunities, and deliver value through food safety and hygiene solutions. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting operational excellence, and collaborating with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure high service standards and business growth. Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow assigned accounts by providing ongoing service, support, and sales development, including driving white spot prospecting across existing products, new innovations, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency improvements. Drive sales growth within assigned geographic areas and sectors by identifying and converting new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts through product and application recommendations. Monitor and report on assigned and Key Accounts using tools such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share analysis, and other required reporting. Act as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while handling inquiries via phone and email. Manage order processing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and smooth order-to-payment processes through regular monitoring and follow-up on control reports. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution. Support Sales Teams on order and distribution-related matters, maintaining clear communication with Sales Account Managers to ensure full visibility of customer issues. Participate in relevant meetings to identify service improvements and communicate Customer Service KPIs and strategies. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in chemical specialties; experience with equipment and operations is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken). Proven ability to present and communicate complex solutions effectively. Strong time management and multitasking skills with adaptability to changing priorities. Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. High sense of urgency with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Experience in consultative selling techniques. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to train customers on product usage and safety.
