REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or similar role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • For the France-focused role: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Flexibility to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events as required.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
One of the positions will specifically focus on developing and managing the French market. Fluency in French and English is essential for this role.

5. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in company systems.
  • Commit to continuous professional development (communication, negotiation, product knowledge).
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational guidelines, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Manage company expenses responsibly:
  • Submit expenses with receipts by the 10th of each month.
  • Approved expenses reimbursed with salary at month-end.
  • Misuse of company funds will be treated as serious misconduct.
