POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE - POLISH MARKET

Location: Poland, working remotely plus 1 per month time spent in Headquartered in Poland (Wroclaw)
Type of cooperation: B2B, Full- time
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual contributor to join Identt, a leader in the digital identity verification sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Polish market by actively acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven track record, preferably in digital identity verification, SaaS, or related fields (e.g. user identification and authentication, KYC/KYB solutions, AML regulations, biometric systems, IAM solutions, security).
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish market and the ability to build strategic business relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively acquire new customers in the Polish market.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate and convert sales leads.
  • Liaise with the tech team to provide customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction at every stage of cooperation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager/Board.
