REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree required: Preferably in any area of health.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales in medical devices or pharmaceutical companies.
- Basic to Intermediate English level.
- Knowledge of Public Market desirable.
- Experience in operating room desirable

Responsibilities:
- Promotes and markets products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts or to meet or exceed Medtronic sales goals.
- Responsible for developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic products or services.
- Promotes and establishes the formation of company products or services. Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Instruments market development plans/strategies and changes as necessary.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
