Description

Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers
Assist customers with placing and managing wholesale orders
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, promotions, and account matters
Follow up on orders, shipping status, deliveries, and outstanding customer requests
Assist customers with defective product claims and RMA requests
Follow up on outstanding payments when required
Introduce customers to new products, promotions, and product launches
Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow existing customer accounts
Build long-term relationships with retail stores and business customers
Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate customer notes, follow-ups, and account information
Provide professional and timely customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms
