We employ approximately 3,000 people across four operating divisions: Fire & Security, Electrical, Property Services, and Products. We are seeking a Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join our friendly and supportive team at BM Doors. We are offering a salary of $76,550 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential client businesses through directories and other sources of information;
  • Keeping up to date with products and services offered by employers and competitors, as well as broader market trends;
  • Meeting with existing and prospective clients to identify and pursue sales opportunities;
  • Evaluating client needs and providing tailored recommendations and explanations of suitable products or services;
  • Tracking changes in customer requirements and competitor activity, and reporting insights to sales management;
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and credit terms, finalising agreements, and processing orders;
  • Coordinating delivery of products, installation of equipment, and related service arrangements;
  • Providing regular feedback to sales management on sales performance and product/service marketability;
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns, and
  • Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records of business expenses
